Reclamation
Claims may be lodged in the event of: any defects in production found, wrong goods sent other than the one ordered.
Claims for goods damaged during the transport are considered only on the basis of a statement of complaint made in the presence of a courier.
In the case of a claim, the seller assumes the value of the courier services at his expense. Please send a shipment to us before contacting our operator to specify the way of return in the event of a claim.
No back-up parcels are accepted.
Returning shipments to us can be done by courier company of your choice, except for Bulgarian Posts.
Consignments sent to VARD Fashion with Bulgarian Posts are not accepted.
The return of items, personally by customers, to the specified address is not accepted. We only accept shipments sent by courier.
Not all stockings, wedges, underpants (bikini, boxer, trousers) and jewelery are subject to return and replacement!
Swimwear is subject to CLAIM ONLY within 14 days of receipt of the order! Swim suits are not refunded.
After receiving the returned merchandise, you will receive an email informing us that we have received the shipment and we will refund the amounts due within 7 days with the correct Ayban or within 14 days.
Consignments with returned goods which, due to inappropriate packaging, have been damaged during transportation, will be returned to the customer at his expense.
Carefully package the shipment to ensure that the goods are stored during transport.
